RTSC promotes learning environments for skills with low instructor to learners ratio (6:1). Therefore, availability of slots is limited and filled on a first come, first serve basis. The Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Provider Course is a 16-hour (2 day) American Heart Association (AHA) course and designed to review, organize and prioritize the skills and cognitive knowledge needed to handle a variety of cardiopulmonary emergencies. The primary focus of this course is on resuscitation aspects of a patient in cardiac arrest and post cardiac arrest situations.
