VFP ONLY: fixed an issue where changing the course number would create a deleted course of the course.
Fixed a "Command contains unrecognized phrase/keyword" error when searching for firms if you had a firm record with a blank Firm ID.
Fixed an "Unrecognized phrase or keyword" error when archiving courses that had Unlimited UDFs.
Fixed an issue with Mass Cloning courses not creating Room Use records under certain conditions.

Fixed an issue with Name UDF logical fields coming up in queries as dates instead of logical fields.
Fixed an issue with email templates stripping out line breaks when saving when the header/body/footer included symbols like the + sign.
Fixed an issue with registration imports setting the registration course fee to 10000000 if the imported value was 0.00.
Added a new function called ShortState that takes the state name and returns the 2 character abbreviation (e.g. returns KS for Kansas).
